This special private class will take place at my home micro bakery and it will take 4 hours long.

What you will learn and take from the class:

-Learn how to make a traditional slow fermented loaf of sourdough bread from start to finish.

-You will learn the history of wheat, the different grains and flours, to mill your own wheat, different scoring techniques & bake a sourdough loaf in a home oven.

-You will get a sourdough mother in a mason jar with some flour to feed her. You will also learn how take care of her.

-We will eat freshly baked sourdough bread and some vegetarian organic sides to accompany it.

-You will make your own sourdough bread in class, that you will then finish by baking it at your home 3-36 hours after class. You will need to purchase a round dutch oven or cast-iron casserole dish that can fit a 9-inch loaf to bake the bread at home if you don’t have one. Also, you will need to have at home: home oven that can reach 500 F, oven mits & a bread knife. There are other ingredients and tools that I recommend purchasing in order to make sourdough bread at home. You will receive a list with resources and suggestions.

-Recipe booklet and a tools, tips & resources list where to purchase baking ingredients, grains and more.

-You will receive a blade, round 9-inch basket for rising, cotton towel, and a razor.

Class will start on time due to the long labor of making sourdough bread with love and care.

After registration: you will be invited to a what’s app chat group called ‘sourdough basics class.’ In that group chat you will receive additional information about the class.

Cancellation policy: For a full refund you may cancel 7 days before class. The class materials are prepared one week prior to the class date, so no refunds will be made after that period of time.
